This is a unique historic Grade II listed Regency private town garden in a spectacular seaside location. Designed by Henry Phillips in the 1820s, the garden was a central feature of the Regency Development of the Kemp Town Estate. Graced by royalty, Queen Victoria and Edward VII have walked within these beautiful gardens. The 5 acre garden combines open lawns, winding paths, trees, herbaceous and shrub boarders, with shaded woodland. Lewis Carrol after visiting many times is said to have been inspired by the garden tunnel, perhaps aiding the creation of the rabbit hole in ‘Alice in Wonderland’.
Please note we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once tickets are purchased. Please see our events ticket policy for full details.
