Hi, I’m Geoffrey Plumptre, the National Garden Scheme’s favourite dog. Welcome to my Great Big Gardening Book Christmas raffle which has been made possible by a generous group of garden-writing friends donating copies of their new books. Thanks guys! It will give an end-of-year boost to our Help Support Our Nurses campaign.

Virtually all the books are new in 2020. They cover every possible aspect of gardening, garden history, horticulture and design, a wonderfully rich crop to pick from – excuse the pun.
