There are few places in the world you can walk in the footsteps of Jane Austen, explore the childhood home of Anne Boleyn or step into the landscape of a painter’s sketch. This collection of gardens offers surprising intimacy with many of these loved literary and historical figures.
The National Garden Scheme has long been loved for its rich and diverse portfolio of gardens that represent a true passion for gardening. This collection of gardens typifies this passion, with gardeners creating paradises not just for themselves, but for all who join them within it.
April through to May sees many of our gardens transformed into a rainbow of welcome colour as tulips burst from the soil with unyielding vigour. From formal structures to meadow style planting, there is a tulip garden for every taste in this collection of virtual garden visits.
