About Westward

A colourful ¼ acre garden with a very diverse selection of planting themes with quiet seating areas. Many bulbs, hellebores and irises in spring. Lots of colourful hanging baskets and containers. Collections of heucheras, acers, day lilies, fuchsias and hostas. There are also some mature rhododendrons, azaleas and camellias. Summerhouse, vegetable garden, wildlife pond and waterfall, clear pond with koi and goldfish. Dry border with palms and conifer border. Large collection of cacti and succulents including some large agaves. Gold award winner of Best Garden first entry in Southampton in Bloom. Plant sales, teas and home-made cakes.
