About 16 Leys Avenue

In 1989, the property had a long flat lawn surrounded by large conifer trees with a side concrete path. We have built 6 raised beds of differing heights from reclaimed materials and added twisting paths through the gravel base. The surrounding areas are planted with Heuchera and Hebe, with thyme and alpines in the gravel. we have a greenhouse for tomatoes and early plants. Finally we added the stream and wildlife pond, which now has newts an frogs in residence.
