About 2 Wanderdown Way
Due to the growing conditions, climate and location, a limited range of flowering perennial and annual plants is used and repeated throughout the garden.
There is an emphasis on growing plants that are naturally resilient to pests and diseases in order to encourage and protect insects and wildlife. Wild flowers, including self-seeders, are encouraged and co-exist with cultivated flowers and shrubs, to create a habitat attractive to pollinators and birds.
The flower beds are planted using colour and leaf form to create interest and the plants chosen mean the garden is best seen during mid summer.
