A large corner plot bordered by a natural stream with view of farmland beyond and access to the High Weald Landscape Trail via a bridge over the stream. The garden is on two levels, featuring a mature koi pond on the lower level with a waterfall running down a landscaped slope. Mature planting of shrubs, ornamental trees, roses and perennials with topiary trees and box hedging. Spring and summer flowering provided by hanging baskets, troughs and pots. A mix of areas of full sun and part shade, with a place for ferns. Bramley, Golden Delicious and James Greave apple trees. Greenhouse for tomatoes and chilies, cage for soft fruit and vegetables.
