About 53 Ringmore Rise
To the front of the house is a Beth Chatto inspired dry garden where soft hues of purple, yellow and white predominant. A grass path winds between a loose, billowing, country style planting of herbaceous shrubs such as euphorbias, buddleias and grasses to give structure and height. Drought tolerant self-seeders such as valerian, sisyrinchium, lychnis coronaria, and aquilegia drift through the borders intermingling with the shrubs and contributing to the natural feel of the planting.
The sloping rear garden is on three levels to provide several distinct planting spaces. Screened from neighbouring properties by mature trees and shrubs, the curving mixed borders, some in full sun and others in shade, are planted with a range of herbaceous plants to suit the varying conditions.
Tea, freshly made ground coffee and a wide range of delicious cakes baked by the local community can be enjoyed on the large terrace.
All this while looking out onto spectacular views over London and the hills beyond!
