A group formed to showcase some of the beautiful gardens to visit around the Victorian seaside town of Southport. They range in size and design from a walled garden featuring tender perennials to a mature tranquil ever evolving garden. Three new gardens provide good examples of cottage gardening, entertaining spaces and a developing garden full of surprises. Gardens illustrate successful growing of shrubs and perennials in sandy soils.
