About Blakenham Woodland Garden

Beautiful 6 acre woodland garden with variety of rare trees and shrubs, Chinese rocks and a landscape spiral form. Lovely in spring with snowdrops, daffodils and camellias, followed by an increasingly large collection of magnolia species and bluebells. From April, additional bluebell wood open.

Woodland Garden open from 9 February to 1st August 2026
Toatilly Cafe open 9.00 – 3.00 Tuesday-Thursday, 9.00 – 1.00 Saturday.
Pre-order delicious Breakfast, Brunch or Lunch picnics at [email protected] – £10-£15 per person.

NGS Openings Sunday 8th February 2026 – Snowdrops & winter flowering shrubs, and Sunday 12th April 2025 – Bluebells & Magnolias.
House grounds and a formal vegetable garden open on NGS days.
Teas, cakes and savouries.
Dogs on leads welcome.
