About Bradford Tracy House
Set around an enchanting Regency hunting lodge, this pleasure garden feels like a hidden haven of romance and beauty. Winding pathways lead you through lush blooms, graceful grasses, and towering trees, creating a natural, joyful space that feels both intimate and alive. Thoughtfully planted for sustainability, the garden offers an abundance of seasonal delights—vibrant flowers, ripe fruits, fragrant herbs, and even the occasional wild weed, all waiting to be discovered.
As you stroll around, you’ll find breathtaking views over a tranquil lake, inviting woodland walks, and the soft allure of large, blowsy borders brimming with colour. Tucked away, an oriental treehouse garden adds a touch of whimsy, perfect for quiet moments together. In May, the air is sweet with the fragrance of ancient wisteria, romantically winding its way around the veranda with the camassia drifting in the long grass under the cherry tree.
Not wheelchair friendly as mostly gravel, grass and stepping stones but disabled parking near the house. No dogs. House not open.
