This garden runs alongside the River Dulas which features a weir, there are steps leading to a small pebble beach in low rainfall periods. This is a predominately wildlife garden with many visitors, with a bat, owl and nest box fully occupied.

About Bronawel

The main river wall edging the garden would have been built in the 19th century and carried the leat (open watercourse) leading to the mills down stream. The River Dulas was known for woolen mills. There will be information boards with photographs on display.

Off A489, in Forge. Enter through open gate, follow the path taking you to the formal enclosed garden under the trellis arch gateway with seating, small bridge and ornamental pond.
