Clarendon

A bay tree archway leads to the first of many seating areas, underneath a specimen Cedar. This leads to a triangular shaped front lawn and an artificial stream. A pathway of York stones then takes you down the side of the house to a very secluded rear garden full of specimen conifers, evergreen shrubs and acers. Plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy the vistas and the summer sunshine.

About Clarendon

The unique property which was built during the summer of 76 has a mature front garden with mixed conifer hedging. The front garden consists of a large block paved driveway with a triangular lawn. The borders are heavily planted with shrubs, summer planting and an artificial stream. The rear garden can be accessed on both sides of the property (although access is uneven for wheelchair users). The rear opens up to a south facing garden which has been heavily planted with conifers, shrubs, fruit trees, hostas and perennials. There are several interesting water features, a croquet set , a York stone patio and a slate path which meanders through the garden.
