Frogbury

An undiscovered pretty south facing exposed garden, sloping gently, with views across the Mells Brook valley. Yew, lime, box and beech hedges give structure and some protection from winds, colourful beds with mixed perennials, annuals and roses. Patio area with formal pond, water lilies, two summerhouses, croquet lawn, greenhouse and vegetable beds. Seating spots throughout the garden.

About Frogbury

Visitors may also like to see the Vobster Community woodland (not NGS) across the road. This was planted by residents as part of the late Queen’s Platinum Jubilee in November 2022 and features many interesting species of (young) trees

5m W of Frome, ½m from Mells. At Xrds follow signpost to Upper Vobster and further signs to field parking on L after 200yds.
