Gorse Hill Nature Reserve

In summer our wildflower hay meadow is brimming with a wide variety of wild flowers and grasses and offers spectacular views across the Lancashire Plain. The wildlife pond is patrolled by dragonflies and damselflies and the air is full of butterflies and bees. Mown grassy paths take you through the meadow to enable close views of the flowers and insects. The adjacent woodland walk is also open.
