About Helen's Bay Organic

An urban market garden, established in 1991, producing over 50 varieties of organic vegetables for direct retailing. Also hosts a community garden and allotments which include a large range of fruit and vegetables. There is an extensive collection of flowers and shrubs and several ponds. We actively promote biodiversity through soil management practices and growing key plants to enhance insect life as pest predator control. It’s key objectives are to be both environmentally and financially sustainable. We also have an apiary producing honey.

Coming from A2 (Main Belfast-Bangor road). Drive 200 metres past the railway bridge on Craigdarragh Rd then turn L onto Coastguard Ave. Go over 2 speed bumps & enter 1st farm gate on L.
