This one acre south facing garden was created in 1905 by an Uppingham School Master and keen plantsman. The garden was redesigned by Lawrence and Jennifer Fenelon and partially replanted again after flooding in 2024. It features stone terraces, spring fed pond, woodland walks, secluded patio, mature trees, orchard and vegetable garden and has been popular with visitors for its tranquillity.

A group opening is when a number of gardens open together on the same day.

Refreshments Home-made teas in Church Hall (next to Market Square). Refreshments in aid of Uppingham Women's Institute.
