Holly Cottage

Set amongst rolling farmland, our half acre of grassland is dedicated to edibles and wildlife. It consists of a small cottage garden, a vegetable plot, a young fruit orchard, and a sunken BBQ area. Plus, a stream, a small copse and a new wildlife pond are providing homes to all sorts of creatures, large and small. All are connected by meandering mown paths and wrapped in native hedgerows.

About Holly Cottage

Scattered throughout are sitting spots perfect for watching bugs, bees, butterflies, and birds.
With luck and a little patience, you might catch sight of curlews, lapwings, kestrels, or a sparrowhawk overhead. Deer tiptoe through the surrounding fields, and on rare occasions, a weasel might dart past. At the pond, a growing aquatic community of flora and fauna invites you to pause, breathe, and witness the quiet magic of life in miniature motion.
