About Lexton House
Lexton House is a stone building dating from 1691. The entrance is surrounded by borders containing lavender and box with tree peonies, camelias and roses. A passageway leads to a terrace and lawn surrounded by hedges and a wall of fig trees. Steps go down to a secluded lower garden with bamboo, shrubs and japanese maples, created in the last two years. There is a small kitchen garden.
