Lark Rise is a ½ acre suburban garden with borders surrounding the garden planted with perennials, shrubs and small decorative trees. Its features inc an apple archway leading to a box parterre with a decorative ironwork water feature. There is a beehive in a wild area at the bottom of the garden. Maggie's Oldham is a one storey building supported over its garden by steel legs. The building 'floats' aloft like a drop curtain to the scene creating a picture window effect. The garden flows below the building into a walled and secluded woodland sanctuary. Designed by Rupert Muldoon, it has featured on Gardeners' World.
