About Painswick House

The garden consists of a lawn area with lots of pots of flowers and plants with a raised herb bed and a seating area under a pergola. Some fruit trees and climbing roses. The stream runs around the front of the property and on one side there is a gravel bank and the other bank is planted with a variety of plants.

A group opening is when a number of gardens open together on the same day.

Refreshments Tea, coffee & cake in Elderbank Village Hall. Refreshments in aid of St Britius Church.
Admission Adult: £7.50
Child: Free
Opening times 13:00-18:00

Accessibility

  • Suitable for wheelchairs with a flat driveway and lawn. There is a path consisting of paving slabs and gravel to reach the main garden.
