Plas Penglais

Three acres of gardens, specimen trees, shrubs and a walled garden. The garden is being slowly restored and is very much a work in progress. The gardens consists of two main lawn areas with large specimen trees, inc many different types of firs, two Himalayan Hemlock trees, a variety of oaks, weeping cyprus, and a monkey puzzle tree. Views of the sea are possible from raised areas of the lawn. Large shrubs are all around the gardens, creating a wonderful walk around a very special space.

Parking at Aberystwyth Uni, across the road from gardens. Cross the A487 & enter past white lodge house. Walk down the lane. Regret, no parking at house.
