About The Croft
Himalayan birch and climbing roses welcome you to this cottage style garden which has an extensive variety of herbaceous plants and shrubs. The garden which is continually developing has been maintained by the current owners for over 35 years. It lies to the west and south of a late C17 Northamptonshire stone house and is planted for year-round interest. Mature trees offer shade and there is some formal structure containing informal planting. Gravel paths wander through archways clothed in fruit, roses and honeysuckle. Two gazebos and a summerhouse offer seating with different views of the garden which is split into two main areas by a beech hedge.
