The Orchard

The garden extends to about 1⅓ of an acre and is mostly given over to an old-established orchard that inc apple, pear, plum, damson, cherry, fig and quince trees. There are herbaceous borders, a rose bed, a patio area, a small vegetable patch and a rather interestingly shaped, fully grown silver birch tree that seems to defy the laws of gravity in order to remain standing.
