There is also a brick built shed which was used to store iron rations for the village during WW2.
A square garden planted on three sides with small and medium trees, shrubs, perennials and annuals in the three borders. Climbing roses cover one of the stone walls of the house. Weigelas add to the colour of late spring/early summer. There is a small plot in the lee of the cottage where geraniums are planted. A central lawn has a small patio space.
