13 Ballynagard Road

A challenging ½ acre site 400 ft above sea level with stunning rural and sea views. Designed to meet prevailing environmental conditions and to protect each section from severe winds. Seasonal planting with mature shrubs and rockery on a terraced site create cosy contrasting rooms with seating area. Regret unsuitable for young children due to steep paths through rockery.

About 13 Ballynagard Road

This is a country garden where structured windbreaks created with combining ceanothus, fuchsia, escallonia, weigela, and conifers protect more delicate shrubs and plants. From the first snowdrops, daffodils and primulas, there is a continual mass of colour until early autumn with lillies, agapanthus, allums, azaliea, hyrangea, asters, dahlias and many more. A number of paths lead through a large rockery of mature plants, rhododendrons , a weeping pear tree to apple , damson and fruit trees. Another level of the garden is planted with a wide variety of hosta, fruit trees and mature shrubs.
