About 5 Whitemans Close
I love to be able to pick a flower every day of the year so come and see what is around in January and early February in this sheltered garden. There will be snowdrops of course, about 200 different varieties, as well as Hellebores, Honeysuckle, Daphnes and Sarcococca for amazing scent. Bees love them on a bright winters day as well. Catkins on Garrya Eliptica and Salix Mount Aso too.
Early Narcissus, Winter Jasmine, Cyclamen Coum, and Aconites, all give early colour and remember look up and see the amazing Clematis in full flower.
I am a keen member of The Sussex Hardy Plant Society and enjoy growing plants from seeds and cuttings for both my garden and for sale at openings and through the summer, with proceeds to the NGS.
Please dress warmly for your visit, see some treasures in raised beds for easy viewing. Then come and enjoy our home made teas, served indoors and much enjoyed by our visitors. Gluten free and Vegan cake included.
