65 Teignmouth Road

A sloping mixed herbaceous coastal garden enjoying beautiful views over Lyme Bay. The garden has been developed over the last 30 years from a state of neglect and was planned around meandering paths linking different areas to create a feeling of discovery and surprise. The many flower beds are colour-themed and abundantly planted.

About 65 Teignmouth Road

Having started with just grass, brambles and one apple tree the current owners have worked hard to transform this sloping site with uninterrupted sea views into a beautiful garden. Curved grass paths meander past small circular lawn areas leading from the large patio area with a raised pond at the top of the garden towards a hidden sitting area at the bottom. Abundantly planted flower beds are colour-themed and planted for year-round interest and feature many pollinator-friendly flowers.
