Also, orangery with Mad Hatters Tea Party and roof terraced garden with seating, various trees and plants.

About Barnstable House

The garden is a blaze of colour in summer with a Gazebo at the centre of the garden. The Gazebo will be covered with Jasmine, Californian All-Spice, Ampelopsis Elegance, Green and Orange Roses to provide a sweet scented cool shaded hideaway.

The large Orangery will have life size Alice in Wonderland characters sitting around a large glass table portraying the scene of the Mad Hatters Tea Party surrounded by many plants.
The Rooftop Garden with its long views across the top of the garden and open countryside. It has seating and many large planters packed with colourful flowers and trees. Access from the garden to the rooftop is via a winding spiral staircase. The patio area located at the front of the Cotswold Stone Barn is also planted with many colourful plants and shrubs and is surrounded by many tall shrubs providing a quiet cool shaded area to sit and relax with a glass of summer wine.
