Berkswell is a beautiful village dating back to Saxon times with a C12 Norman church and has several C16 and C17 buildings inc the pub. In 2014/15 the village was awarded Gold in the RHS Britain in Bloom campaign, plus a special RHS award in 2014 for the Best Large Village in the Heart of England. The gardens provide great variety with fine examples of small and large, formal and informal, wild, imaginatively planted herbaceous borders and productive vegetable gardens. Something for everyone and plenty of ideas to take home.
