About Bleak Hill Nursery & Garden

This ¾ acre garden sits on the edge of the pretty hamlet of Harbridge, whilst the nursery is open throughout the growing season, the garden surrounding the house can only be seen on NGS days. Through the Moon gate in the hedge are billowing borders contrasting against a seaside area inspired by Prospect cottage at Dungeness. Sheds are painted like beach huts, a boat lies on the gravel, buoys, lobster pots and driftwood complete the scene.
Herbaceous borders complemented by a spectacular Tropical border fill the garden with vibrant colour, wrapping around a pond, small stream and circular lawn. Bold drifts of plants bask in the sun and blow in the breeze. Two greenhouses provide a display of cacti and Sarracenias. A small wild flower meadow and a productive vegetable garden are visible from the large seating area on the grass. Cash Only Please.
