An avenue of ferns, grasses, and hostas lead the way to the back garden with its colourful and packed perennial borders and vibrant containers. There is a collection of ferns and also 42 hostas, which includes many miniatures. A small acer garden, as well as acers in pots around the garden making a collection of more than 45+ varieties. There are 5 island beds including a grass bed and hemeracalis bed. A large pergola provides a shady area for seating surrounded by acers, hostas and ferns.

The views and home baked cakes can be enjoyed from any of the 7 seating areas around the garden.

The front garden has a well established perennial bed and borders, with a collection of planters of roses and hostas.
