About Dolphin House
Our emphasis is on reducing high maintenance planting, introducing more drought tolerant plants such as grasses and keeping the garden looking colourful well into late summer.
The great feature of this 2 acre traditional country garden is its remarkable 200 yr old serpentine walls. Once designed to shelter tender plants, they now serve as the perfect backdrop for vibrant planting. The current owners have set out to create a peaceful, tranquil garden that inc large herbaceous borders, an orchard, gravel planting, and a variety of attractive trees.
