Mantoft: Wonderful ancient thatched cottage with 1½ acres of magical gardens. Fishpond with ghost koi, Cotswold and red brick walls, large topiary, treehouse with seating, summerhouse and dovecote, pathways, vistas and stone statues, urns and herbaceous borders.
