About Gayton Hall
Gayton Hall has opened for the NGS for over 40 years.
This rambling semi-wild garden, has over 2 miles of paths which meander through lawn, streams, bridges and woodland. Primulas, astilbes, hostas, lysichiton and gunnera grow along the water's edge. There is a good display of spring bulbs and a variety of unusual trees and shrubs, many labelled, have been planted over the years.
