Large south facing garden with lots of mature shrubs inc camellias, rhododendrons and azaleas. An arboretum with a variety of flowering and fruit trees. The old yew and beech hedges give a certain amount of formality to this traditional English garden. Tea on the terrace is a must with the most beautiful view of the South Downs. For the more energetic there is a woodland walk.

5 acre garden with yew and beech hedges giving structure to rhododendron, azaleas with other shrubs. Modern herbaceous planting around the house and pool. You can enjoy delicious home-made tea on the terrace, surrounded by tulips and iris and take in the most stunning views of the South Downs. After which you can stroll across the field to the wild water gardens. Tea and home-made cakes.
