A unique garden with the River Cuckmere flowing down one side together with sluice gate that gives a lovely sound of rushing water. Streams surround the whole of the garden. A natural green garden with mature trees and shrubs.

The garden is adjacent to a working water mill.

The tea and lunch venue for the trail. NB children must be supervised at all times in this garden because of the water. Dogs on leads welcome.

500 metres on the road out of Hellingly, past the church, then follow yellow NGS signs. Parking in field opp the house, before the bridge. NB SatNav takes you too far along the road.
