Holly House Gardens has been created over the last 25 yrs from former farmland. It comprises several contrasting but complementary garden styles inc traditional herbaceous borders, alpine beds, water elements, mature woodland and shrub areas, an Iris Garden and a ‘modern’ garden. The owner is currently developing a stumpery and a large new wildlife pond.

About Holly House Garden

Holly House Garden is an area of six acres created out of farmland over the past 25 years.
The garden comprises woodlands, herbaceous borders and an iris garden. There is an alpine bed, wildlife ponds and a mature shrub and woodland garden and a newly created stumpery. Also, in contrast to the traditional parts there is a modern contemporary garden.
Directions:
Location: From Belfast go to Carlisle Circus and take the Crumlin Road and follow signs for Crumlin/International Airport (A52). After 3 miles, reaching the Horse Shoe Bend, continue for 4 miles approximately. Turn left onto Ballyutoag Hill and the garden is the first entrance on the right.
From the West. From Moira (M1) roundabout follow sign to International Airport and after 11 miles come to Nutts Corner roundabout. Take the road to Belfast (A52) and after 4 miles turn right onto Ballyutoag Hill and the garden is first entrance on the right.
