About Izaak Walton Farm

Izaak Walton Farm garden was originally a farm yard to the Izaak Walton inn in the 1800s . A number of barns were demolished in 1982 but work to restore one ,began in April 2022.
The Farm house was built from old small bricks and the tiles from the barns went on the roof . The Farm yard had no trees or hedges but the original owner planted well over a hundred trees. The daughter and husband purchased the home and continued to plant and enjoy the garden .Its a real escape of tranquility and delicious fragrance, with a surprise round every corner.
