About Kirky Cottage

On the edge of the most northern part of England, Ginny Fairfax, a well-known plantswoman, has created a garden with the feel of the Mediterranean. Lots of soft purple lavender, white malva, daisies that spill over from the beds so that the line between them and gravel paths is lost. The planting is such that it sits perfectly in this bright oasis amongst Northumberland’s rural landscape.
