About Old Well Cottage

Third of an acre plot featuring topiary, formal areas and perennial borders. Framed within flint walls and surrounding the 16th -18th century cottage (not open) situated within the Angmering Conservation Area.

Splendid holm oak and bay topiary trees, large espalier apple trees and a small kitchen garden. Lots of purples, whites and pinks!

On road parking only – please be mindful of residents. Further free parking available at the end of the High Street, just past the Spotted Cow pub, approx. 3 minute walk

Tea, soft drinks & cakes will be served from our sunroom.

Situated nr Angmering Manor Hotel & almost adjacent to the top of Weavers Hill in the High St. Look for the 'mushroom' shape tree! On road parking only, please be mindful of residents.
