An historic early C18 walled kitchen garden, hidden for 60 yrs and restored by volunteers. This romantic and atmospheric garden has a wide range of vegetables, flowers and old tools. There is an orchard with friendly pigs, a wildlife area and pond, woodland walk with wildflowers and foxgloves and views and a traditional greenhouse with ornamental and edible crops. Small plant nursery.

An atmospheric 1/3-acre historic early C18 walled kitchen garden, hidden for 60 years and restored by volunteers. There is a Victorian-style greenhouse planted with ornamental & edible crops. Many garden and farming bygones are displayed throughout the garden and in the traditional bothies. An orchard planted with old fruit varieties is grazed by friendly Kune Kune pigs and there are wildlife areas and a pond to enjoy. A romantic garden to lose yourself in and soak up the atmosphere. Maybe have a go at rural crafts such as natural dyeing, peg looming or willow weaving. Small plant nursery specialising in bee-friendly plants. Homemade teas available. Parking in adjacent field.
