Pinfold is a peaceful, pretty, ⅓ acre garden that encourages wildlife. It has many trees and shrubs. Originally a farmyard, it is now a mature garden bursting with plants. It has themed borders with lots of roses and perennials. Plants are selected to attract pollinators. It has shady and wild parts, a pond, a gravel garden, fruit and vegetables, 2 greenhouses, a bog garden and climbing roses.

In 2023 we again struggled with dry conditions and despite the new watering systems we had nowhere near enough capacity to cope. We will need to install more water storage for 2024 and have moved our garden opening to earlier in June. Many plants have now been moved to more suitable conditions.
