About Shieldfield Art Works

Shieldfield Art Works (SAW) is an arts space and project to develop art exhibitions, events, workshops in collaboration with other groups and organisations. Shieldfield Grows is a programme enabling people to grow fruit and vegetables, herbs and flowers in their homes, balconies, gardens and allotments, and SAW’s garden is a space for growing and people coming together. It is part of a movement to empower communities to grow their own produce and have good quality, nutritious food.
