About South Wind
From the 1950s, the past owners were for many years largely self-sufficient, growing their own fruit and vegetables and keeping various livestock. More recently, the land stopped being tended and became very neglected. Since moving here, the current owners have transformed an overgrown tangle into a diverting place to while away an hour or so. Visitors often comment on how much they have enjoyed wandering around the different areas and hearing how the garden continues to evolve.
By arrangement additional information:
On your arrival the owners will be there to greet and give a short talk about the garden, and they will be on hand to try and answer any questions you may have.
Refreshments comprise a delicious slice of homemade cake (with gluten, dairy, and nut-free options) and unlimited tea and coffee, £5.
