Sulgrave is a small historic village with nine gardens opening, and teas and plants for sale. There is something for everyone, from perfectly trimmed bonsai to large oaks. Rectory Farm has lovely views, a rill, well, and planted arbours. Mill Hollow Barn, a large garden with lakes, streams, ponds and many rare and interesting trees, shrubs and perennials. The Watermill, a contemporary garden designed by James Alexander-Sinclair, set around a C16 watermill and mill pond. A quirky garden at Wootton House with a good selection of rare and interesting plants. The Chesnuts, a small garden, but with huge interest, where every plant tells a story. Four new gardens opening this yr. Bentleys Farm Bungalow has some exotic plants and an extensive bonsai collection. The Thatched House demonstrates substantial new planting in an established 1 acre garden, inc a stumpery. Chapmans Close is a developing garden under new ownership and Eagle House is a beautiful, traditional garden.
