This is a quiet, modest sized garden, located on the edge of Tavistock. Situated on three levels with two terraces it is set out to make the most of the difficult terrain and maximises space. The many flower beds are filled with perennials, shrubs, ferns and a good collection of shade lovers. In addition we have a patio full of pots, a rill with two small ponds, a fernery and more.

This is a garden designed to stroll gently through. With seating to give opportunity to stop and enjoy the planting both close by and across the garden and also enjoy the wider views out beyond to the fields and hills.
Opened first in 2011 you will see the gardens have matured ….but as always there’s room for improvement!
