Constantly changing plantsman's garden stocked with unusual perennials and shrubs, and Cedric Morris Iris. Woodland borders, gazebo,vegetable parterre and glasshouse. Mown paths meander through rare specimen trees and shrubs to the wildlife pond. This four acre garden, with breathtaking views over Herefordshire countryside has been created since 2007. Many places to sit. Most plants labelled.

Directions to The Old Rectory
A465 to Allensmore. At Shell petrol stn take B4348 towards Hay-on-Wye. After 1½m turn L towards Abbey Dore and Cockyard. Turn L opp the church and follow track to car park.

Visit by Arrangement

This garden opens for By Arrangement visits from 16 May to June for groups of 14+.
