About The Triangle Gardens
A group of 5 traditional English gardens in The Triangle, an Edwardian Arts and Crafts development centred round a wooded green, described in Pevsner as typical of the Garden Suburb style. They are of a similar size and layout but offer different types of cultivation, plants, gardening methods and use of the available space. No.23 is divided in to distinct areas with a mature birch tree as its focal point. No.25 is well-manicured with attractive water features and unusual trees. No.8 has a fish pond and fountain in addition to a small rockery and ornamental succulent bed. No.9 includes a wildlife friendly area and a collection of tender exotic plants. No.10 is designed with family and friends in mind with a number of novelty items within the garden including a collection of teapots in the willow tree.
