Series of profusely planted and colourful areas surrounding an ancient Cornish farmhouse. Features inc terracing with wisteria and rose covered pergola, gazebo and herbaceous borders within yew and beech hedges, all overlooking orchard with old fashioned roses and pond beyond. Late summer colour with salvias, dahlias and Michaelmas daisies. Magnificent views.
